Doug has been in the mortgage industry for over 20 years. He previously served as CEO to Morgan Financial, Inc.
Morgan Financial was a mortgage origination business that had revenue surpassing $1.2 Billion per year,
and was later acquired by WJ Bradley. Doug was also the CEO of Market Asset Realty,
a real estate company specializing in selling pre-foreclosures and REO's.
His leadership and knowledge has helped bring foresight and innovation to the short sale marketplace.
Doug has been a featured speaker and panelist for the CMBA, Fidelity, and other conferences and events.
Matt McCabe, President
Matt has over 10 years of mortgage default experience. He was actively involved with the operational
development of Loan Resolution, and is now focused on priority client boarding and process improvement
through streamlining the short sale and modification operations. In 2010, Matt was a recipient of the
40 Most Influential Mortgage Professionals Under 40 award by the National Mortgage Professional Magazine.
He has also been featured by the Arizona Republic as one of Arizona's Top 35 Entrepreneurs Under 35.
Travis Hamel Olsen, COO
Travis has been in the mortgage industry since 2006, and oversees strategic
initiatives while assisting with the tactical direction and operations of Loan Resolution.
He has been a moderator and guest speaker at numerous trade
conventions for his innovative approach to loss mitigation, and recognized as an
industry leader by many news organizations, including the New York Times,
Forbes, and ABC News Nightline. Travis was also featured by the Arizona Republic
as one of Arizona’s Top 35 Entrepreneurs Under 35.
Andy Nold, CISSP, CIA, CISA, Chief Information Officer
Andy has more than 15 years of leadership in designing and managing IT operations, and addressing regulatory compliance and secure computing issues. Having worked for Visa International and Bank of Chicago, he has extensive experience in system and network architecture, Disaster Recovery ("DR") and Business Continuity Planning ("BCP") functions, technical risk assessments, constructing and implementing IT governance, software development, guiding business process improvement in the technical support and data center operations areas, and providing IT security consultation and oversight to Project Managers.
