Damien Chiodo, Managing Partner, LRC Asset Management
Damien has been in the mortgage industry since 1994 and is responsible for the strategic direction of LRC Asset Management. Damien’s career in financial services encompasses settlement, mortgage, real estate and default. Damien was National Sales Director at EDS Financial and then spent eight years as Vice President of Nations Direct Lender Services. Damien’s history of championing innovative procedures led him to partner with Ty Reed in 2009 and start KeyLink Asset Management, which pioneered new ways of managing REO property. In 2012, LRC Asset Management, a subsidiary of Loan Resolution Corporation, acquired a majority share of KeyLink and renamed them LRC Asset Management.
Doug McCabe, Chief Executive Officer, LRC Family of Companies
Doug has been in the mortgage industry for over 20 years. He previously served as CEO to Morgan Financial, Inc. Morgan Financial which was later acquired by WJ Bradley. Doug was also the CEO of Market Asset Realty, a real estate company specializing in selling pre-foreclosures and REO's. His leadership and knowledge has helped bring foresight and innovation to the short sale marketplace. Doug has been a featured speaker and panelist for the CMBA, Fidelity, and other conferences and events.
Kris Dimon, Information Technology Manager, Loan Resolution Corporation
Kris has been building and managing IT teams since 2004. His varied background includes education in software development and robust experience in systems and networking. Kris has worked for fast growing companies in the past, where he went through multiple data migrations to more powerful products. This experience gives him foresight that will allow LRC’s technology to stay a step ahead of LRC’s rapid growth.
Matt McCabe, President, LRC Family of Companies
Matt has over 10 years of mortgage experience. Matt oversees the operational and business development of the LRC Family of Companies. In 2010, Matt was a recipient of the 40 Most Influential Mortgage Professionals Under 40 award by the National Mortgage Professional Magazine. He has also been featured by theArizona Republic as one of Arizona's Top 35 Entrepreneurs Under 35.
Ty Reed, Managing Partner, LRC Asset Management
Ty started in the mortgage business in 2002 when he worked for GMAC Mortgage with a focus in loss mitigation and REO disposition. In 2007, Ty took a position at a vendor where he was the Director of REO and managed over 10,000 assets at any given time. Ty soon realized that innovations could be made to the process of managing REO, so he partnered with Damien Chiodo in 2009 and started KeyLink Asset Management, which pioneered news ways of managing REO property. In 2012, LRC Asset Management, a subsidiary of Loan Resolution Corporation, acquired a majority share of KeyLink and renamed them LRC Asset Management. Ty is responsible for the operational excellence of the company.
