The successful candidate's primary responsibility will be making substantive improvements for the next major release of the company's core business application, and working on the company's public websites and portals.

• 3+ years Solid experience in the latest .Net, JavaScript, CSS, Ajax,Microsoft Visual Studio Developer's Tool Sets - .NET, .ASPX, C#, and VB technologies.
• Hands-on, front-end coding and creative interactive design of user interface and website.
• Strong database driven programming with MS-SQL.
• Experience with e-commerce, intranet, and extranet development.
• Solid understanding of MS-IIS mechanics and web application security.
• Samples of previous work demonstrating dynamic and interactive web development experience.

A GROWING Scottsdale financial service company is looking for the right MCSE to join their team. This person will be responsible for: all phases of server configuration, design, implementation, and maintenance; AD development and administration; security monitoring and analysis; maintaining the web servers and the vm development environment, desk top support, and some firewall / switch and syslog responsibilities.

• A proven self-managing top performer from the corporate arena who can get the work done right, the first time, and without needing guidance.
• Extremely proficient at writing and deploying MSIs and GPOs
• Able to work with managers and users in a productive manner,
• Detailed oriented in documenting configuration changes, system events, and results of project assignments.
• Able to perform off-hour assignments for system Change Management.
• This person with report to the CIO who will expect the MCSE can keep the IT operations running without direct supervision.

Requirements
